" New design book Creating with Shapes was introduced by my lecturer. It explores an innovative approach to design devised by Royal College of Art teacher & long-time COS collaborator Usha Doshi, with the goal of motivating creatives all across the world & across all disciplines.

From this book, I've learned about a new technique by cutting out basic geometric shapes from cloth. These forms can be use to create elaborate folds, drapes & pleats without requiring a lot of fabric or complicated darts & seams."
